3. REASONS AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Below we describe the individual reasons (purposes) for processing your personal data when you use our platform.
a) Ensuring the functionality and technical operation of the platform - If you access our platform, regardless of whether you have a user account, we automatically start processing Technical Data and Logs with identifiers. We process this data in order to ensure the technical operation of the platform, eliminate any reported technical errors, optimize and ensure the security of the platform. All personal data that we process for this purpose is based on our legitimate interest, which is to ensure the technical functioning and security of the platform. We process this data about you for as long as you have an account with us; if you do not have an account, for 1 month.
b) To register a user account and use our services - If you create a user account with us and use the features of our platform associated with the user account, additional personal data will be processed. This processing is related to your registration, in which you accept our terms and conditions, thus establishing, from a legal point of view, a contractual relationship between us. From a legal standpoint, this personal data is then processed for the purpose of performing the contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into the contract. If you do not wish to provide personal data, we will not be able to create a user account for you. For these purposes, we process your registration and login data, age information, technical data, data on the use of user account and platform features, as well as logs with identifiers, for the period during which your account (contract) is active.

We will process this data about you for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
d) Targeted marketing - To send commercial communications (marketing offers) promoting our company, our group, or third parties, or to carry out other marketing activities directed at you (for example, segmentation and definition of marketing profiles, i.e., adjusting offers based on how you use the platform, to make them as interesting and relevant as possible), we process your personal data if permitted by law or if you have given us your consent. For this purpose, we process, in particular, Registration and Login Data, Age Information, Marketing Information, Technical Data, Pseudonymized Device Identifiers and related data, Data on the use of user account and platform features, as well as Logs with identifiers. If processing takes place under legal provisions, we process this data for as long as your user account exists; if processing is based on your consent, for 4 years from the time you gave your consent, but in both cases no longer than the time you object or withdraw your consent.You can withdraw your consent at any time, in the case of emails by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom of the email or by sending a written request to our email address, and in the case of push notifications through the platform settings. You can also change your preferences or withdraw your consent at any time through the consent management settings on our platform.
e) For mutual communication purposes - If you choose to contact us, either directly or through the contact form, we will process Communication Data and Technical Data for the purpose of ensuring communication between you and us, based on our legitimate interest. We will store this data until the end of the year following the year in which we received it. The reason for this processing period is that, should we need to resume communication later or with a delay, we can do so more effectively, for example, to complete or supplement any previous response or information.
f) To obtain and analyze feedback - Our platform could not function without you and your valuable feedback. Therefore, we also process your data to obtain and analyze feedback, which may take the form of a survey available on the platform or a special study that you can sign up for outside the platform, which contains more detailed information about the processing of your personal data and the study itself.
